1. Independent Ownership and Operation
Corazon Partners, operating as Corazon, is a separate and independent legal entity from ME SPE Franchising, LLC (the “Franchisor”). Corazon independently owns and operates four (4) Massage Envy® franchised clinics located in Federal Way, Mill Creek, Redmond and Tacoma, Washington. All local business operations, management, staffing, financial agreements and physical facilities are the sole responsibility of Corazon.
Massage Envy is a national sales organization of independently owned and operated franchised locations.
2. Trademark and Intellectual Property Notice
“Massage Envy,” “Total Body Stretch,” and all associated logos, stylized text, trademarks and service marks displayed or referenced on this website are registered trademarks of ME SPE Franchising, LLC. The Massage Envy trade name and logo may not be reproduced by any means or in any form whatsoever without express written permission from ME SPE Franchising, LLC.
Corazon claims no ownership of the Massage Envy name, marks or proprietary processes, and references them solely to identify the franchise system within which Corazon operates. All other content on www.corazon.vip is the property of Corazon.
3. Employment and Joint-Employer Separation
All employment opportunities, job postings and career applications presented through www.corazon.vip are for open positions with Corazon as the direct employer.
- Sole employer status. Corazon is the sole employer of all individuals hired at its Federal Way, Mill Creek, Redmond and Tacoma clinics.
- Terms of employment. ME SPE Franchising, LLC does not establish, review or control the hiring criteria, background screening, wages, benefits, hours or working conditions of employees at these clinics.
- Workplace policies. All local workplace protocols, operational management, scheduling and disciplinary procedures are established independently by Corazon.
